Does the insulated bag get cleaned after I return it?
Of course! We have a two-step sanitization process that we utilize to ensure the bags get adequately cleaned between each use. The bags are left for 24 hours to air dry after sanitization and do not get re-used within seven days. Before use, they get sanitized one more time.
