In an ideal world, the packaging would be a thing of the past, but until that time comes, read on for a simple how-to guide to recycle and reuse our delivery materials.
The meal containers (plastic #5) can be recycled with rigid plastic products, just make sure to rinse them first. The cardboard meal sleeve, the corrugated delivery box, and any other paper products can be recycled curbside too.
For the gel packs, dispose of the non-toxic contents in the garbage and recycle the plastic bag at a local store drop-off. Keep in mind, we don't recommend pouring the water-based gel down the drain in case of temporary clogs. Reusing is an option, too! ✌ The gel packs are great for camping, road trips, or even groceries on a hot summer day—just be sure to freeze them upon arrival.
