## How It Works

1. Browse the weekly rotating menu — filter by dietary preference (dairy-free, gluten-free, vegan, high-protein, and more)
2. Place a one-time order or subscribe for automatic weekly deliveries and save 10%
3. Our chefs prepare meals fresh in our certified kitchen
4. We deliver locally via our own courier network (Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions) and nationwide across Canada via UPS
5. Heat in the microwave (2–3 minutes) or oven (10–35 minutes) and enjoy

There are no minimum order requirements. Menus rotate weekly. Subscribers can skip, pause, or cancel at any time with no penalties.
