Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. This policy explains how and when you can cancel individual orders and subscriptions.
Individual Order Cancellations
Before the Cutoff Date
Every weekly menu has a cutoff date — the deadline after which orders are locked in for preparation. You can cancel any order before its cutoff date at no penalty.
- Log in to your account and cancel directly from the order detail page.
- Choose to receive a full account credit (instant, no fee) or a card refund (minus processing fee). See our Refund Policy for details.
After the Cutoff Date
Once the cutoff passes, your order is locked in — it cannot be cancelled, and your card will be charged. The meal has entered production and will be delivered as scheduled.
Order Editing
Before the cutoff, you can freely edit your order — swap meals, change quantities, add or remove items. If your changes reduce the total, the difference is refunded or credited to your account.
The edit deadline is Thursday at 9:00 AM (Eastern) before your delivery day. If you placed your order after the edit deadline, you'll have a 1-hour grace period to make changes.
Subscription Cancellations
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your subscription dashboard. Cancellation takes effect immediately:
- Any pending or upcoming orders that have not yet been charged are automatically cancelled — you will not be billed for them.
- Orders that have already been charged (past cutoff) will still be delivered and are not refundable.
- Your subscription discount (10% off) will no longer apply to future orders.
Pause Instead of Cancel
Not sure you want to cancel? You can pause your subscription instead. Pausing works the same as cancellation for your current orders (pending orders are cancelled), but your preferences, address, and payment method are preserved so you can resume with one tap.
Reactivating After Cancellation
If you change your mind, you can reactivate your subscription at any time. Your preferences will be saved, but you'll need to confirm your delivery day and payment method. When you reactivate, we'll auto-populate your next delivery based on your preferences so you can review and adjust before cutoff.
Skipping a Week
Don't want a delivery this week? You can skip any upcoming week from your subscription dashboard — no charge, no penalty. Your subscription stays active and your next delivery will be prepared as usual.
Subscription Order Charges
Subscription orders are not charged upfront. Here's how the billing cycle works:
- When a new menu drops, we auto-populate your order based on your preferences.
- You receive an email to review, swap meals, or skip.
- At the cutoff date, your order locks in and your saved payment method is charged.
- Your meals are prepared and delivered on your chosen delivery day.
You can make changes or cancel at any point before step 3. After cutoff, the charge is final.
