Return Policy

We take great pride in providing our customers with high-quality, chef-prepared meals and exceptional service. Please review the guidelines below regarding returns, exchanges, and credits.
Perishable Items
All perishable food items are final sale and cannot be returned once they have been produced. Because our meals are made fresh with organic, non-GMO ingredients, we cannot accept returns of food items for quality and safety reasons.
Before the Cutoff Date
You have full flexibility to modify or cancel your order before the menu cutoff date. This includes swapping meals, adjusting quantities, or cancelling entirely. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
After the Cutoff Date
Once the cutoff passes, your order enters production. At this point:
- No modifications, cancellations, or returns are available.
- Your payment method is charged.
- Your meals are prepared and delivered on the scheduled date.
Wrong or Missing Items
If we make an error fulfilling your order — wrong items, missing meals, or damaged packaging — please contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receiving your delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description (and photo, if possible) of the issue.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible via replacement, account credit, or refund at our discretion. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
We may request that incorrectly received items be returned to us at our cost. If we do not receive the item(s) within 30 days, we reserve the right to charge the original payment method for the full value of the unreturned product(s).
Non-Perishable Items
Non-perishable items (merchandise, accessories, etc.) can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are still sealed in their original packaging.

- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Return shipping may be at the customer's expense unless the return is due to our error.
Product Exchanges
We are unable to exchange perishable food items once they have been produced. For non-perishable items, please contact us to arrange an exchange within the 7-day return window.
Refunds & Store Credit
When a return or credit is approved:
- Credit card payments: Refunded to the original card (processing fee may apply). See our Refund Policy for full details.
- Interac e-Transfer, debit, or cash: Issued as account credit (reward points). Bank refunds are not available for these payment methods.
Refunds are processed within 7 business days after receipt and inspection of returned merchandise. Depending on your card issuer, it may take up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping fees may be deducted from a refund unless the return is the result of our error. International shipping fees are non-refundable.
Proof of Purchase
We cannot process return or refund requests without proof of purchase. Please have your order number or confirmation email available when contacting us.
