Corporate group orders let coordinators and admins organize meal orders for their team — everyone picks what they want, and it all ships as one delivery.
How it works
- Create a group order — From your corporate dashboard, click New Group Order. Choose a menu, set a deadline for selections, and optionally set a per-person spending limit.
- Invite team members — Select members from your organization's roster. They'll receive an email with a link to browse the menu.
- Members add their meals — Each person browses the menu and adds items to their group cart. If a spending limit is set, the system enforces it automatically.
- Members confirm — When finished, each member clicks I'm Done Choosing to lock in their selections. Once confirmed, items can't be changed unless the coordinator unlocks them.
- Coordinator submits — Once everyone has confirmed (or the deadline passes), the coordinator reviews the combined order and submits it. All meals ship together in one delivery.
Payment
Corporate group orders are paid through your organization's account — the company balance is used first, then the corporate card on file. Individual members are never charged.
Visibility
When creating a group order, you can choose Private (members only see their own selections) or Shared (everyone can see what others are ordering). The coordinator always sees all selections.
Deadlines & reminders
The coordinator receives an email reminder 15 minutes before the deadline, and another when all members have confirmed their selections.
