We deliver across Canada! For local deliveries in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding regions, we use our own courier network. For everywhere else in Canada, we ship via UPS.

Delivery days vary depending on your location. You'll see the available options for your address when you place your order. Our delivery service operates throughout the week.

Local deliveries are made between 1 PM and 9 PM. You'll receive a tracking link on delivery day with an estimated arrival time. When the driver is close, you can track them in real-time.

We offer a simple, flat-rate delivery fee — no surprises at checkout.

Extended delivery zones
For addresses outside our local delivery area, shipping is calculated based on your location with a $5.00 discount applied automatically. Extended delivery rates are shown at checkout before you place your order.

All deliveries use insulated packaging to keep your meals fresh in transit.

For local deliveries, we partner with WEELS, a dedicated food logistics service. For orders outside our local delivery area, we ship via UPS with special insulated packaging.

For local deliveries via WEELS, meals are typically in transit for 1–6 hours. For UPS shipments, delivery is within 24 hours. Our packaging is engineered to maintain freshness for up to 48 hours in transit plus an additional 12 hours at your doorstep.

Yes! When placing your order, include any special instructions in the delivery notes field — buzzer codes, gate codes, "leave at side door," or any other details to help ensure a smooth delivery.

No need to wait around. Our delivery partners will leave your package at your door since our meals are perishable and no signature is required. Our insulated packaging keeps everything fresh until you pick it up.

Just be sure to refrigerate your meals as soon as you can.
