Q: How do I heat my meals?

We do all the prepping and cooking — all you need to do is reheat and enjoy!Microwave (recommended):Heat for 2–3 minutes. If unsure, start at 2 minutes and continue in 30-second increments until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.Before heating, remove any sauce containers.Oven:Peel back the film on the container (do not heat with the film).Preheat oven to 350°F.Place the container on an oven-safe dish (not directly on the rack).Heat for 10–35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.Let cool for 3–5 minutes.Transfer to a plate or enjoy from the container!

Q: How long do meals stay fresh?

Each meal has a best before date printed on its label — we recommend enjoying it by that date for the best taste and quality. In general, meals stay fresh for about 7 days from the packaged date. Please refrigerate your meals as soon as they arrive. Seafood items are best enjoyed within the first few days.

Q: Can I freeze my meals?

We recommend enjoying meals as delivered for the best taste. However, if you can't finish everything within 7 days, you can freeze them for later. When ready to eat, microwave straight from the freezer and add a few extra minutes to the heating time.

Q: How many servings are in a meal?

Our meals are single portions, designed to satisfy one person. You can find the total weight (in grams) for each meal on the physical label and on our website.

Q: How are meals packaged?

Our meals are delivered in sustainable containers crafted from 85% recycled PET post-consumer content. These containers are microwave-safe, BPA-free when heated, and produced using a process that's 30% cleaner than traditional manufacturing.All packaging components are recyclable. Q: Can I plate my meals?

Absolutely! Remove the meal from the container, transfer to a microwave-safe dish (don't forget the sauces!), cover, and heat according to instructions. Enjoy your perfectly plated meal.
