We do all the prepping and cooking — all you need to do is reheat and enjoy!
Microwave (recommended): Heat for 2–3 minutes. If unsure, start at 2 minutes and continue in 30-second increments until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Before heating, remove any sauce containers.
Oven:
Peel back the film on the container (do not heat with the film).
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place the container on an oven-safe dish (not directly on the rack).
Heat for 10–35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
We recommend enjoying your meals within 7 days from the packaged date on the label. Please refrigerate your meals as soon as they arrive. Seafood items are best enjoyed within the first few days.
We recommend enjoying meals as delivered for the best taste. However, if you can't finish everything within 7 days, you can freeze them for later. When ready to eat, microwave straight from the freezer and add a few extra minutes to the heating time.
