A receipt is automatically emailed to you when you place an order. You can also access your order history by visiting My Account → My Orders, selecting the order, and clicking "Invoice" for a printable version.
Once we process a refund, you'll receive a confirmation email. Depending on your bank, it can take 3–10 business days for the funds to appear on your card. If you haven't seen the refund after 10 days, contact your bank for status.
We never see or store your credit card information. We use Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment processor, to securely handle all payment data.
When you enter your card details at checkout, your information goes directly to Stripe's secure servers. We only store an encrypted token that works exclusively with your Meels account — your actual card number never touches our systems.
Meels gift cards are digital — no physical card needed. Here's how it works:
Purchase — Visit our Gift Cards page and choose an amount between $50 and $500.
We deliver it — The recipient receives an email with a unique gift card code and a link to claim it. You can schedule delivery for a future date or send it immediately.
They claim it — The recipient clicks the link in their email to add the gift card to their Meels account.
Use at checkout — The balance can be applied to any order by entering the code at checkout.
Gift cards never expire and can be used across multiple orders until the balance is depleted.
Option 1: Claim via email link Click the "Claim Your Gift Card" button in the email you received. This links the card to your Meels account, and the balance will be available at checkout automatically.
Option 2: Enter the code at checkout On the checkout page, click "+ Add Gift Card" and enter your gift card code (format: XX-XXXX-XX-XXXX-XX). The available balance will be applied to your order.
If the order total exceeds your gift card balance, you can pay the remainder with a credit card, reward points, or another gift card.
Yes. Once a gift card has been claimed to your account, you can view your balance in My Account → Gift Cards. Your available balance is also shown at checkout when you apply a gift card code.
Gift card purchases are non-refundable under normal circumstances. If you believe there is an issue with your gift card, please contact us at [email protected] and we'll review your case.
If an order paid with a gift card is cancelled, the gift card portion is converted to reward points (not restored to the gift card). See our Refund Policy for full details.
