Meels makes it easy to combine orders with friends, family, or roommates — so everyone picks their own meals but you share one delivery and one delivery fee.

Starting a group order

From your cart or the menu page, tap Order Together. Enter the email addresses of the people you want to invite, choose how long they have to add their meals (1 hour, 6 hours, 24 hours, etc.), and optionally set a per-person spending limit. That's it — Meels handles the rest.

What happens next

1. Invites go out — Each person you invited receives an email with a link to the menu. They'll need a Meels account (or will be prompted to create one).
2. Everyone picks their meals — Invitees browse the menu and add items to their cart just like a normal order. Their items are automatically tracked as part of the group.
3. Confirm selections — When someone is done choosing, they tap I'm Done Choosing to confirm. After confirming, their selections are locked — they can ask you to unlock them if they need to make changes.
4. You submit the order — Once everyone has confirmed, you'll see a summary of all selections in your cart. Hit Submit Order, pick a delivery date, and check out. Everything ships together.

One delivery, one fee

The biggest benefit: instead of everyone placing separate orders and each paying a delivery fee, a group order combines everything into a single delivery. You pay once, and the checkout summary shows a clear breakdown of who ordered what. Every meal is labelled with the ordering person's name, so it's easy to tell whose meals are whose when your delivery arrives.

Managing the group

• Invite more people any time before you submit — just tap the invite button in your cart.
• Remove a member if needed — their items will be removed from the group.
• Leave a group — if you were invited but want to order on your own instead, tap Order Separately Instead in your cart.

Who pays?

The person who created the group order (the coordinator) pays for the entire combined order at checkout. The checkout summary and confirmation email include a breakdown by person so you can easily settle up however you prefer.

1. Peel back the film on the container (do not heat with the film).
2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
3. Place the container on an oven-safe dish (not directly on the rack).
4. Heat for 10–35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
5. Let cool for 3–5 minutes.
6. Transfer to a plate or enjoy from the container!

1. Purchase — Visit our Gift Cards page and choose an amount between $50 and $500.
2. We deliver it — The recipient receives an email with a unique gift card code and a link to claim it. You can schedule delivery for a future date or send it immediately.
3. They claim it — The recipient clicks the link in their email to add the gift card to their Meels account.
4. Use at checkout — The balance can be applied to any order by entering the code at checkout.

• Admin — Full control over the account: manage members, set spending policies, fund the account, create group orders, view all transactions, and manage settings.
• Coordinator — Can create and manage group orders, invite members, and view transactions. Cannot change funding or account settings.
• Member — Can place orders using the corporate account's funds within the spending policies set by the admin.

• Maximum order amount — Set a per-order cap (e.g., $25 per order). If a member's order exceeds the cap, the corporate account covers the policy amount and the member pays the difference with their own payment method.
• Maximum orders per week — Limit how many orders a member can place each week.
• Maximum orders per month — Limit how many orders a member can place each month.

Corporate group orders let coordinators and admins organize meal orders for their team — everyone picks what they want, and it all ships as one delivery.

How it works

1. Create a group order — From your corporate dashboard, click New Group Order. Choose a menu, set a deadline for selections, and optionally set a per-person spending limit.
2. Invite team members — Select members from your organization's roster. They'll receive an email with a link to browse the menu.
3. Members add their meals — Each person browses the menu and adds items to their group cart. If a spending limit is set, the system enforces it automatically.
4. Members confirm — When finished, each member clicks I'm Done Choosing to lock in their selections. Once confirmed, items can't be changed unless the coordinator unlocks them.
5. Coordinator submits — Once everyone has confirmed (or the deadline passes), the coordinator reviews the combined order and submits it. All meals ship together in one delivery.

Payment

Corporate group orders are paid through your organization's account — the company balance is used first, then the corporate card on file. Individual members are never charged.

Visibility

When creating a group order, you can choose Private (members only see their own selections) or Shared (everyone can see what others are ordering). The coordinator always sees all selections.

Deadlines & reminders

The coordinator receives an email reminder 15 minutes before the deadline, and another when all members have confirmed their selections.
